According to the above objectives, a summary of the performed activities is stated:

• a. Construction and reconstruction of 596 health care units that:

The main activities of these health care units in urban and rural areas are as below:

1- Forming an electronic family health file based on the national code for every Iranian and non-Iranian people

2- Family and population health services (pregnant and lactating mothers, children, teenagers, youth, middle-aged, elderly, and midwifery services)

3- Vaccination

4- Communicable diseases control and prevention programs

5- Prevention and control of risk factors of chronic and non-communicable diseases

6- Nutrition and diet regulation consultation

7- Mental health services and prevention of addiction, occupational health, consultation

* 8- Medical treatment services (treatment of outpatients)

* 9- Oral health services (dental services)

* 10- Injections and dressings

11- Providing complementary pharmaceutical services

12- Environmental health services

13- Occupational health services

14- Community nutrition services (in schools, kindergartens, etc.)

15- Genetic consultation and child developmental services

16- Marriage consultation services

17- Lactating consultation services

* 18- Laboratory services (by public and private sector)

5. It should be noted that no money is received for providing these services, except for the cases marked with an asterisk.

Supplying 5664 medical equipment including (genetic device, dental unit, vaccine delivery vehicle, electrocardiograms, heart monitor, oxygen generator, bipap, pulse oximetery, tuberculosis diagnostic kit, blood pressure, diabetes and blood fat measuring device, vaccine refrigerator, Sonic aid, dialysis machine, endoscopy, mammography, sonography device, etc.)
• e. Supplying 2724 non-medical equipment including (heating and cooling equipment, paging systems of hospitals and health units, queuing machine, all kinds of tables, chairs, shelves, telephones, computers, laptops, all kinds of required cameras, etc. ....)
• f.  Donation of 107 plots of land with total area of 150177.5 square meters for the construction of health centers, hospitals, emergency units, laboratories, educational centers for before, during and after the marriage and ...........
• g. Health educational sessions (214 educational sessions with 172 topics and producing and distribution of 798278 media of 180 topics) including children, pregnant mothers, teenagers, youth, middle-aged and elderly considering nutrition, communicable and non-communicable diseases, social harms, home care issues, life skills and..........
• h. Factors affecting health:Meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant and lactating mothers, children under 5, the elderly, AIDS and tuberculosis patients who are poor
